Ingredients

1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar

3 cup AP Flour

1 tbsp Butter

¼ cup minced Jalapeño

1 cup Whole Milk

2 tablespoons Spiceology Flakey Salt

Spiceology Jalapeño Lime Beer Rub

Step 1

melt the butter in a pan and cook the jalapeño for about a minute to soften.

Step 2

mix all ingredients in a stand mixer with hook attachment for about five minutes on high.

3 cup AP Flour

1 tbsp Butter

¼ cup minced Jalapeño

1 cup Whole Milk

2 tablespoons Spiceology Flakey Salt

Step 3

set dough aside and let rest for about five minutes or so.

Step 4

roll dough into 1/2 cm thick sheets on lightly flour surface.

Step 5

cut into desired shapes. Or into fish.

Step 6

place on an oiler parchment paper sheet tray, and bake at 350°F for fifteen minutes and Golden.

Step 7

Immediately toss into a bowl with the Jalapeño lime beer rub or seasoning of choice. Salt to taste and done!
